### Tasks
Aftersales Diagnostics Engineer
- Develop and validate diagnostic procedures tailored to real-world workshop conditions
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure diagnostic content is practical, accurate, and technician-friendly
- Translate complex technical data into actionable fault isolation steps for use in service tools and manuals
- Analyze field feedback and service reports to refine diagnostic strategies and improve first-time fix rates
- Support the creation of technical bulletins, guided diagnostics, and service documentation
- Conduct hands-on testing and simulation of diagnostic workflows to ensure usability and effectiveness
- Provide training and technical support to service teams and aftermarket partners
### Qualifications
A comprehensive understanding of automotive systems is essential. This includes an in-depth knowledge of various systems such as the engine, transmission, braking, and electrical systems. Mastery of diagnostics is crucial, as it enables technicians to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
