We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Testing and Validation Specialist for our aftersales diagnostics tool chain. We prefer candidates to have knowledge of aftersales vehicle diagnostics tools and the associated tool chain. This role is essential for driving the testing and automation testing processes, ensuring our diagnostic tools meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. We are seeking a skilled Python/Typescript Automation Developer to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. The ideal candidate will have strong Python/Typescript programming skills, experience with automation frameworks, and the ability to work with APIs, databases, and various business systems.

Summarize:

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python and/or TypeScript. - Experience building automation solutions and workflow automation tools. - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and database integrations. - Experience with Git and version control systems.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Playwright for browser automation and end-to-end testing. - Knowledge of desktop automation tools and frameworks. - Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Python and TypeScript. - Automate business processes, desktop applications, browser-based workflows, and system integrations. - Develop and maintain API integrations with internal and external systems. - Build solutions for data extraction, transformation, processing, and reporting. - Create and maintain desktop automation and web automation workflows. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation applications for performance and reliability. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions. - Implement logging, monitoring, testing, and robust error-handling mechanisms. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or IT background with Graduation (BE/BTech). - Focus on CAN, UDS, and Tool Testing.
