Vehicle Testing Engineer - Fuel Economy

About the position

### Tasks Is responsible for planning and executing performance validation activities, focused on fluid efficiency and benchmark testing, developing DV/PV and test case strategies with design engineering, coordinating instrumentation, resources, and test execution readiness, analyzing results and triaging defects, and supporting sign-off decisions through structured evidence and reporting. - Developing DVPs, validation plans, and detailed test cases jointly with design engineering and stakeholders - Coordinating facilities, instrumentation, tools, budgets, and resources required for system and vehicle test execution - Executing development and final validation tests across functional, performance, reliability, and integrated vehicle domains - Analyzing results, documenting defects, and driving issue triage and follow-up recommendations with design and integration teams - Reporting readiness, test outcomes, residual issues, and sign-off recommendations to program and engineering leadership ### Qualifications Graduate or Post Graduate in Engineering with below vehicle testing skills - Commercial Vehicle Fuel Economy Testing - Data Acquisition system on CAN - VECTO or CO2 Compliance Support - AVL, CANape, INCA, Excel, Python, Power BI - Vehicle Performance and Driveline Analysis - Statistical Data Analysis and Benchmarking - AI-Enabled Analysis
