SAP Basis Expert with RMJ
Job Description:
SAP Basis Expert to manage and maintain SAP landscapes, including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Solution Manager, PO, BTP, and other SAP components. Responsible for Redwood CPS / RMJ Job Scheduling: configuring, managing, and optimizing Redwood-based job scheduling processes and workflows in SAP environments, along with troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration with hands-on experience in Redwood CPS or RMJ.
Specializing in managing, defining, and optimizing processes of large-scale SAP batch job scheduling environments as the primary responsibility.
SAP System Expertise: Strong experience in SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Solution Manager, PO, BTP, and SAP Cloud Platform.
Redwood CPS / RMJ Knowledge: Experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Redwood job scheduling environments.
Performance Tuning: Experience in SAP performance tuning, workload balancing, and troubleshooting system slowdowns.
Security & Compliance: Knowledge of SAP security concepts, audit logs, and compliance standards such as SOX and GDPR.
SAP Infrastructure Management: Oversee SAP system architecture, servers, cloud environments, and hybrid deployments.
Infrastructure Connectivity & Integrations:
Manage and troubleshoot SAP system connectivity across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as third-party applications, middleware, and APIs.
Optimize network configurations, VPNs, firewalls, and SAP routers for secure and stable connectivity.
Upgrades & Migrations: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, patching, and OS/DB migrations with minimal downtime.
Database Understanding: Basic knowledge of SAP HANA and Oracle for SAP system administration.
Cloud & Hybrid: Experience with SAP HANA on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or SAP BTP is a plus.
Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain up-to-date system architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Proactive approach to work, issue resolution, and communication.

Qualifications
THAT’S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience in SAP Basis Administration and Redwood CPS or RMJ.
Knowledge of SAP batch job scheduling tools and SAP system connectivity.
Fluent English language skills.
